በ57 ሚሊየን ዶላር እየታደሰ የሚገኘው የአፍሪካ አዳራሽ ሕንፃ በጥቅምት ለአገልግሎት ክፍት ይሆናል ተባለ በተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የአፍሪካ ኢኮኖሚ ኮሚሽን ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የአፍሪካ አዳራሽ ሕንፃ እድሳት ስራ ተጠናቆ በጥቅምት ወር አጋማሽ ለአገልግሎት ክፍት እንደሚሆን ተገለጸ። በኮሚሽኑ የአፍሪካ አዳራሽ አስተዳደር ፕሮጀክት ስራ አስኪያጅ አንቶንዮ ሕንፃውን ለመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባለሙያዎች ባስጎበኙበት ወቅት እንደገለጹት፥ የእድሳት ስራው ሕንጻው ታሪካዊ ይዘቱን በጠበቀ መልኩ ዘመኑን የዋጀ ገጽታ እንዲላበስ አስችሏል። የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የአፍሪካ ኢኮኖሚ ኮሚሽኑን በአዲስ አበባ የተመሰረተው በፈረንጆቹ 1961 ሲሆን፥ ከዚያን ጊዜ ጀምሮ አገልግሎት ሲሰጥ የነበረው የድርጅቱ ሕንፃ 62 ዓመታትን አስቆጥሯል። የአፍሪካ አንድነት ድርጅት የቻርተር ፊርማን ጨምሮ በርካታ አፍሪካዊ ኩነቶች የተካሄዱበት ታሪካዊው ሕንፃ፥ ጥንታዊነቱን በጠበቀ መልኩ እድሳት ተደርጎለት በመጠናቀቅ ላይ ይገኛል። ተመድ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ሕንፃውን ለማደስ እንደተነሳ የተገለፀ ሲሆን፥ በዋናነት ሕንፃው ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ያሉት ሆኖ በቀጣይ ዓመታት አገልግሎት መስጠት እንዲችል ለማድረግ ያለመ ነው። በሕንፃው ውስጥ የነበሩ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋማትን ወደ ተለዋጭ ቦታ የማዘዋወር ስራ ከተካሄደ በኋላ በሁለት ምዕራፎች የተከናወነው የሕንፃው የእድሳት ስራ በተለያዩ ካምፓኒዎች የተከናወነ ሲሆን፥ ዋናውን የእድሳት ስራ "አልክ" የተሰኘ የዱባይ ካምፓኒ ሰርቶታል። 57 ሚሊየን ዶላር የተመደበለት የሕንፃው እድሳት ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂዎች የተሟሉለት ሲሆን፥ ከድርጅቱ ጋር የተያያዙ ታሪካዊ ክዋኔዎችና ቅርሶች የሚጎበኙበት የኤግዚቢሽን ማዕከል እንደተሰራለትም ተገልጿል። የሎሬት አፈወርቅ ተክሌ የስዕል ስራን ጨምሮ በርካታ ጥበባዊ ቅርሶች ያሉበት ሕንፃው በጥቅምት ወር አጋማሽ ሙሉ በሙሉ ተጠናቅቆ ለአገልግሎት ክፍት ይሆናልም ተብሏል ። (ኤፍ ቢ ሲ)

🏗 የግንባታ ውል ሰነድ በግልጽ ማስቀመጥ ያለበት ነጥቦች:- የፕሮጀክቱን ዲዛይን እና ዝርዝሮች: ▶️የፕሮጀክት ባለድርሻ አካላትን ድርሻ፣ መብትና ግዴታ፣ ▶️የሚጠበቀውን የግንባታ ጥራት የሚገልጹ ትንታኔዎች፣ ▶️የፕሮጀክቱን ተጠባቂ የጊዜ ሰሌዳዎች፣ ▶️የፕሮጀክቱን ዋጋ እና አከፋፈል ሁኔታዎች፣ ▶️የደህንነት እና የጤና አጠባበቅ፣ መመሪያዎች፣ ▶️ፕሮጀክቱን የሚመለከቱ የሕግ ማእቀፎች ▶️የፕሮጀክቱ ባለድርሻ አካላትን ፊርማ እና ማኅተም ▶️ፕሮጀክቱ የሚፈልገውን የሰው ኃይል ብቃትና ብዛት ▶️ፕሮጀክቱ የሚፈልገው ማሺነሪ አይነትና ብዛት ▶️የእያንዳንዱን የሥራ አይነት ዝርዝርና የግንባታ ስነዘዴ ▶️የፕሮጀክቱን ባለድርሻ አካላት ዝርዝር መረጃ አንድ የግንባታ ውል ሰነድ እነዚህ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ዋና ዋና ጭብጥ ጉዳዮች በግልጽ እና በዝርዝር ማስቀመጥ ይኖርበታል። የተወሳሰበ፣ ያልተብራራ እና እርስ በእርሱ የሚጋጭ ሀሳብ ቢኖርበት ግን በሚኖረው የፍርድ ቤት ክርክር ባለድርሻ አካላትን በተናጠል አልያም በጋራ ኪሳራ ላይ ሊጥል ይችላል። ይህ ሁኔታ ደግሞ ፕሮጀክቱን በጤናማ ግንኝነት ለመፈጸም እክል ሊፈጥር ስለሚችል ለጥራት ችግር እና ለጊዜ ብክነት እንዲጋለጥ ያደርገዋል።

INVITATION FOR RE-BID IFRB No. ECWCT/NCB/PW/009/2017 1. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) hereby invites registered eligible bidders for Procurement of Supply & Apply of Granite Paint and Related Works. 2.
